It's a project you could tackle for under $20.00! All you need are some Mason Jars, (you may already have some that you are not sure what to do with, if not, I usually get mine at the Dollar Store), a few pipe clamps, (I dug through my husband's tool chest and found a couple but they're also available at your local hardware store or even online), an old unused board or a plank and few screws. You could purchase some plants from Home Depot, Lowes or a plant nursery. It wouldn't hurt to look around.
